About Interactive Teller Machines
Unlike traditional ATMs and drive-thrus with tubes or grainy video feeds, ITMs allow for face-to-face banking with tellers at all drive-thru lanes. Our tellers are located right here in the River Valley and provide the friendly service our customers are used to and expect.
Customers can bank longer with ITMs. ITMs are open weekdays 7a.m. - 7p.m. and 8:30a.m.-12:30pm Saturday. These extended hours give customers more flexibility with their busy schedules. ITMs can also be used as an ATM 24/7.
What's the difference between an ITM and ATM?
An ITM allows you to talk face-to-face with a local teller throughout your entire banking process. Also, an ITM lets you utilize more First State Bank services, like cashing a check, making loan payments, withdrawals, deposits, exchanging bills, and more — with the convenience of not having to leave your car.
