Matt a native of Russellville is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University where he  received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  Matt began his banking career at First State Bank in 2000 and has over 15 years of experience in commercial and real estate lending. Matt is active in the community where he serves on the Habitat for Humanity board.  Matt is a member of First United Methodist Church where he has volunteered as a mentor and a leader for Impact groups.
